nice interpretations
All of the GD songs have a bit of freshness to them.
Nicely done. Not sure on the birdsong vocals. I would definitely see this lineup.

Incorrect billing...
This was actually billed as "The Grateful Dead's Bill Kreutzmann w/ Steve Kimock, SCI's Kyle Hollingsworth & George Porter Jr.", so the tune selection makes sense. It is, however, a Kimock show whenever he shows up.
Very nice recording, thanks!

Great Job!!
Funny that someone else has this downloaded on
archives as Kyle Hollinsworth. Not!!
Anyway...this should be a regular band touring!
Great talent.

Perfect
As a rabid, longtime Kimock fan, you might think that I would look at this setlist and think that they didn't play enough Kimock tunes. The reality is, I wouldn't change this show a bit. This was such a rare combination of all the right elements that it didn't matter what they played. They covered GD like no one else possibly could and it was perfect. Porter singing Eyes was just heartbreaking, I saw people crying during Birdsong, I've got goosebumps just thinking about this night. So glad to have been there, so happy to have recordings. Thanks Scott and thanks everyone who came out to see this. We're all so lucky to have had this in our little mountain town.
